Intakes
Australian universities generally offer three intakes:
- February/March (Semester 1): The biggest intake with maximum course
options.
- July (Semester 2): The second major intake with good course
availability.
- November: A smaller intake with limited program choices.
It is advisable to apply 6–8 months in advance for a smooth admission and visa
process.
Admission Requirements
Undergraduate (Bachelor’s Programs)
- Completion of Grade 12 with at least 60–75%.
- IELTS overall 6.0 (no band less than 5.5 or 6.0).
- Required documents: Academic transcripts, passport, SOP, proof of funds, LORs (if
applicable).
Postgraduate (Master’s Programs)
- Recognised bachelor’s degree with 60–65% or above.
- IELTS overall 6.5 (no band less than 6.0).
- Additional requirements: SOP, CV/Resume, work experience (for MBA and professional
programs), LORs.
Language Proficiency Tests
- IELTS: UG – 6.0 | PG – 6.5
- PTE Academic: UG – 50–55 | PG – 60+
- TOEFL iBT: 80–100+, depending on the university.
